Zorana reserves the right to refuse service to any request, order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so.

Until the payment has been processed no order is considered accepted by us.

We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may, from time to time however, download and/or print 1 copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Your License to Us

By submitting or posting any material, including blog entries, Facebook postings, comments, photos and videos, to us via the Site, social media venues, internet groups, or to any of our staff via email, text or otherwise, you are representing:

Zorana maintains online communities such as Facebook groups, Google Hangouts and other private and public forums on its Sites and elsewhere, and from time to time may host message boards and chats.

Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Belgrade, Serbia. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Zorana has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zorana of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

Please note that coaching calls, webinars, and other audio or visual services may be recorded and can be used in the future by Zorana for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Site may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Coaching Packages, Coaching Retreats, participation in Coaching Groups, Workshops and Programs are non-refundable and by signing up with a payment plan you are legally obliged to finish your payment plan. Except where expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions modifies or otherwise alters those provisions.
The reason why we do not offer a guarantee like this is simple: Because we make such a massive investment in you and your success as soon as you enroll, we want to make sure the clients we work with are equally committed and invested in themselves. If clients do their work, the results will follow.

Modifications to the Site and Termination of Use or Access
Zorana reserves the right to take any of the actions listed below at any time, for any reason, and without notice:

Zorana further has the exclusive right to terminate individual user’s access to the Site and related account(s) including but not limited to Coaching Packages, Retreats, Workshops and Courses, Mastermind, Masterclass, and Programs, for any reason including but not limited to any violation of the Terms and Conditions for this Site and/or the foregoing programs.
You further agree that Zorana Owill not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Enforcement and Disclosure of Information

Zorana further reserves the right to disclose any information about you (including your identity) necessary for any investigation of any complaint related to your use of the Site and/or to bring legal action against you for damages caused to Zorana, Zorana’s Associates, Site and/or its customers by your violation of these Terms and Conditions. Zorana further reserves the right to disclose any information about you necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

In the event Zorana does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, Zorana is entitled to recover from you all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.

In the event Zorana Online does not strictly enforce one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions, such action is not a waiver of that or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions against you or any other parties. Further, such conduct does not constitute a modification of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class/workshop member, consolidated, or representative action. Group workshop/class arbitrations, workshop/class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren’t allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.

Security

You may access certain features or services offered on or through this Site through an account (e.g. Membership Section). It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your user name and password. Further, you are fully responsible for any and all activity that occurs through your account as a result of your failure to properly secure your confidential information. You agree to immediately advise us of any unauthorized use of your account, password, and any other breach of security. Zorana is based in Republic of Serbia. Zorana makes no claims that the Site, its Content, offered services and materials are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of Serbia. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside Serbia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Indemnity
